Name: Stacy Johnson

Question: Where do you work? What are you doing here?

Answer: I teach 5th grade reading at Houstonville Elementary!

Q: What is your favorite thing about your school?

A: I love my Houstonville family! We are a very dedicated and hardworking group of people!

Q: How do you spend your free time?

A: I spend as much time as possible with my family (especially my new grandson) and help on our farm. 😊

Q: What is your favorite food?

A: Mexican food is my favorite! I could eat fries and salsa every day!

Q: What is the best book you have ever read?

A: Books are my favorite… so I really can’t choose! The Kid in the Red Jacket, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, and Because of Mr. Terupt are the ones I enjoy in fifth grade.

Q: What is your favorite movie?

A: I have several favorites: Sweet Home Alabama, The Blind Side, Armageddon, Friday Night Lights… just to name a few.

Q: If you could choose one place to visit on your vacation, what would it be?

A: I would go back to Hawaii!

Q: Who was your favorite teacher growing up?

A: I have a lot of favorites, but two stand out are Ms. Davis (my 5th grade teacher) and Ms. Price (my 8th grade teacher).

Q: What is your favorite team?

A: I encourage CATS and PATRIOTS!

Q: If you could set one rule in life that everyone had to follow, what would it be?

A: Don’t worry about what others are doing, take care of yourself.

Q: Do you wear red on Fridays?

A: Of course!
