Miller’s Farm, a 2022 Certified Farmer’s Market – The Interior Journal


Miller’s Farm of Lincoln County is one of 126 Commonwealth markets accepted into the Kentucky Farm Bureau’s (KFB) 2022 Certified Farmer’s Market Program.

By joining the KFB Certified Farmer’s Market program, Miller’s Farm is committed to providing quality products and service to its customers. Farm Bureau acceptance tells customers that this market meets the highest standards of quality, freshness and marketability.

Susan Miller is a third-generation farmer from Wayne County, where her family owned about 15 acres of farmland. She and her husband, George, and their two daughters, are now residents of Lincoln County where they own and operate their 4.5 acre farm, Miller’s Farm. They grow a variety of tomato products, fatty beans, potatoes, sweet corn, candied onions, garlic, herbs, heirloom tomatoes, squash, cabbage, cantaloupe, watermelons, honey, peppers, zucchini, wild and tame blackberries, strawberries, apples, cherries, peaches, jams, sweet potatoes, green vegetables. Markets certified under this program are identified by the KFB Certified Farm Market logo and listed in our online directory. The program also provides group advertising, promotional items, educational tour opportunities and other marketing benefits with the goal of increasing net farm income in member markets.

The KFB Certified Farm Market Rack Card is available at Kentucky Welcome Centers, State Resort Parks, local Chambers of Commerce/Tourism Centers, and County Farm Bureau offices.
